The Only Good Thing Joanne Ever Made Chicken
By Ana Maria Neill
INGREDIENTS:

1 can chicken in water (28 ounces)
1 cup frozen green peas
1 can cream of chicken soup (14 ounces)
1 pouch instant-ready-rice, original long grain

PREPARATION:
Synopsis: Our family member, whom we have randomly named "Joanne" just to protect her identity, was one of those people who never did anything good. She was always rude, always dull, always ready to throw the first dart, and she never cooked anything from scratch! However, the only good thing Joanne ever made was a chicken rice casserole that all the children in the family seemed to love. So, even after the painful divorce and Joanne's leaving the family (we all threw a party), we have preserved the recipe, because, well (duh), it’s “The Only Good Thing Joanne Ever Made” Chicken. Enjoy! Combine all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover and heat for 4 minutes, then serve.
